Exchange and return policy



Return Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to return the product after the three days have passed.


2- The product must be in good condition to be returned and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to return the product. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.


The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:


1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.


2- If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.


3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.


4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.


5- If the contract includes providing accommodation, transportation or catering services.


6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.


7- Do not remove the tags or stickers on the product and return it in its original condition.


Replacement Policy:


1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.


2- In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.


3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the replacement process. In the case of an international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Exchange and return policy for discounted products:

Return within one day of receiving the order and exchange within the first three days of receiving the order, bearing the full shipping cost. The conditions mentioned above are applied therein.

As for the offers (such as buy two sets and get the third one for free or free delivery offers), they are cancelled if the customer wishes to exchange or return. The value of the basic policy and the return policy are calculated on the customer and the offer presented is cancelled.
